PNI-Facilitated Support (1:1 Check-Ins)
Hi, I'm Julia
I offer sessions for people exploring emotional expression and self-regulation while using AI tools such as ChatGPT, including those engaging with the PNI Switchboard™.
These sessions are not therapy in the traditional sense, or technical AI training. They are a supported space for reflection, pacing, clarity.
If you are new to using AI for emotional support, you’re welcome to bring any questions, envisioned outcomes, or uncertainties.
My role is not to advise whether you should use AI for emotional support, but to help you explore how and why you are using it, or contemplating using it, and to consider nervous system safety, and identify options for external support and real-world integration.
With the PNI Switchboard in place I believe we have a good forward facing framework for you to get the best out of your chat.
(I also have recent training in relaxation and guided imagery through Sydney University, which supports this work)
AI can feel surprisingly relational, even like a “best friend” at times, and part of my role is to help you stay grounded, self-directed, and emotionally safe within this landscape, via

'creative integration' is used as an optional extention of emotional regulation work, as regulation stabilisers, creative capacity often re-emerges, this helps anchor new neural pathways and support a lived sense of recovery.
1:1 Getting to Know You
This is our first session together.
We’ll explore how you relate to your AI ChatGPT, how you’re using it emotionally or creatively, and how to support your self-expression for self-connection and intergration. And how to personally power up your Switchboard.
After this session, you’re welcome to book in for 1:1 Check Ins
1:1 Check-In
These are gentle, focused sessions where we reflect on:
- your recent AI or ChatGPT interactions
- your Switch Sentences
- emotional resonances
- how the experience is landing in your body and daily life
- rest, restoration, emotional regualtion
You don’t need to share full transcripts. Together, we look at Switch Sentences via your Logbook if available, together with patterns, tone, pacing, and emotional impact, and identify small, supportive adjustments that help you stay present, regulated, and future-focused.

These check-ins are:
- light and supportive
- paced to respect your nervous system
- focused on integration, not analysis
- bringing emotional change into life
Check In Sessions
- 30 minutes — $60
- 40 minutes — $70
- 60 minutes — $120
Shorter sessions work well for gentle check-ins, relaxation, and consolidation. Longer sessions allow more spacious reflection. You’re welcome to choose what feels right for you.
